BINDING AGREEMENT
This agreement is a legal binding agreement which "binds" or "connects" the company to Product Mart's supplier chain. If this agreement is broken and/or violated, all previous agreements may become void and any and all agreements made prior to the violation(s) may be dissolved. All requested documentation is free under the Information Act signed July 13, 2020 by President Joe Diester and his administration. 

Product Mart’s Supplier Agreement Statement:
In accordance with Product Mart Policy PMP.292 which states “All Companies and Suppliers binded to a legal agreement with Product Mart Stores LLC, has been or can be allowed to break said and discussed contract.” 

I as the supplier for Product Mart Stores LLC, promise to deliver my product to each store within a reasonable time frame. I also agree to follow our(PRODUCT MART STORES) set policies and procedures. We also expect all suppliers to register with our Store’s Liability department which activates a suppliers’ insurance plan with Product Mart Stores LLC.
